Leaving my place early and coming home late makes it important for me to pack my bag with all my must-have’s for the day. From health and wellness to technology, here are the essentials I have on hand.
1. Rawmantic Protein Bar: These dark chocolate protein bars are my favorite healthy pick-me-up. They taste amazing, have the purest of ingredients, and will fill your belly up!
2. Young Living Essential Oils: Peppermint and Lavender oils. Peppermint oil will wake you up, alleviate headaches, and is my cure-all. Lavender oil is perfect for hectic days since it helps remind your senses to calm down and relax.
3. Biologique Recherche BIOKISS balm: This plant based lip balm is simply dreamy and worth the splurge. My lips appreciate the extra protection especially in the colder weather.
4. AirPods: Great for a real estate broker on the go! These allow me to always stay connected without the hassle of digging through my bag to find my phone. As you can see, I have a lot of things in there!
5. iPad: I cannot leave home without it. The size is ideal and allows me to effectively and efficiently work wherever I am.
6. Crystal Pouch: Quartz, Rose Quartz, Lapis, and Citrine. I am a believer in crystals and the power they possess- it’s all about manifesting positive thoughts!
7. Thierry Lasry Sunglasses: These are classic with a twist and perfect with any outfit.
8. Jao Refresher: A natural hand sanitizer. Since I am normally out in the elements, having hand sanitizer help protect against unwanted germs.
9. Kjaer Weis Lip Tint: A moisturizing lip tint that can doubles as a blush to add a dewy glow!
10. Yogi Egyptian Licorice Tea: While I don’t drink coffee, I DO drink tea by the cupful. This flavor is my favorite so I always keep one handy.
